Welcome to the North Durham Photographers’ Association
Established in July 2008, the North Durham Photographers’ Association (NDPA) is a club for people who share a passion for photography. Our members include people with all levels of experience, from those who are just starting out, to professional photographers.
In spite of the diversity of our membership, we all share a love of photography and a desire to learn more about this fascinating art form. In the process, we have fun, develop new friendships and enjoy many opportunities to see places, both new and familiar, through the eye of our camera lens.
The NDPA holds monthly meetings (the second Tuesday of every month) where speakers share their knowledge with the membership. You can check out what is going on by visiting our News Page, or by coming out as a guest to one of our meetings.
Within the club we provide team based activities, have Critiquing clinics where participating members learn how they can improve their images, organize workshops for all skill levels, host outings, participate in exhibitions, and celebrate each other’s successes as we journey through the world of photography.
